Light-induced extracellular vesicle and particle adsorption (LEVA) is a micropatterning technique that uses precisely controlled light exposure to position extracellular vesicles and other particles (EVPs) on surfaces with high resolution. By creating complex microscale patterns and gradients of EVPs, LEVA enables the study of how cells interact with surface-bound EVPs and single-EVP analyses.
