Author Correction: Elucidating lipid nanoparticle properties and structure through biophysical analyses

Correction to: Nature Biotechnology https://doi.org/10.1038/s41587-025-02855-x, published online 23 October 2025.

In the version of this article initially published, in Fig. 2d, data shown for the empty lipid nanoparticle dynamic light scattering results (μF ALC-0315 Empty) were duplicates of Fig. 2c (μF Empty SM-102), and in Fig. 3d, size exclusion chromatogram data shown (C12-200μF) were duplicates of Fig. 3b (MC3μF). The results and conclusions of the work remain unchanged. The supporting information in Zenodo (https://doi.org/10.1038/s41587-025-02855-x) has been updated and the figures are now amended in the HTML and PDF versions of the article.
